A University that serves a wide range of constituencies and needs across the state, region, and nation must be able to react quickly and appropriately without being unduly encumbered by the lack of available funds. Jacksonville State University aims to stay competitive to take advantage of timely opportunities as they arise, to establish immediate initiatives as needed, and to enhance the current development program. A Fund for Excellence will be created specifically for this purpose.
