Higher Educational Institutions nationwide are being challenged like never before to provide quality education to a wide diversity of students. Enrollments are increasing; facility needs are increasing, as is the need for faculty and curriculum enhancement. Jacksonville State University is no different. JSU receives 53.76% funding from State appropriations and Federal grants and will have to provide the remainder through private funds. What makes ours different is we have realized we must approach fund-raising in a more structured, productive manner.
